Been here since 0710. It's 1619 hrs and they still haven't gotten my trailer loaded. Best thing to do is drop your trailer and go to the gym or truck stop. Now I know for next time. They will definitely waste your whole day here. Super slow loading. I have done 100's of nursery loads over my 1.7 million mile trucking experience. Everything from Xmas trees, potted plants, large and small trees etc. This has been by far the slowest loading shipper ever. Thanks for wasting my whole day here and making it impossible for me to stay on schedule for my 4 deliveries. I suggest drivers bring breakfast, lunch and dinner when coming here. After everything, they loaded the product wrong. They put 1 pallet for 1st drop behind the wood and stop sign for the 2nd drop. Here's pictures to prove it. They took 9 hours to load and still couldn't get it right. Pathetic

The company is okay overall, but there are a few things to keep in mind. Loading takes a long time, so be prepared to lose 4–5 hours here. Also, the navigator brings you to the office, but trucks are not allowed to enter there. You need to keep driving farther down the road. There is a sign saying that shipping/loading is farther ahead, but it is placed past the office. They should put that sign before the office so drivers know where to go right away.

I'm thinking long and hard about becoming a truck driver at 53 years of age. After 30 years as a Phlebotomist/Laboratory Assistant. I currently reside in Las Vegas as of December 2022. I have a grown son and granddaughter that reside there as well. I just lost my mom from cancer March 4th. She was diagnosed in December 2023. Stage 4 lung cancer and metastasis in her brain. Never smoked. I had spoke to my mom about getting my CDL'S. She was all for it. Enough about me. I'm with my friend Michael E. Woods who is an owner/operator for Giltner. We're actually here at Sester Farms. It's so beautiful. The people here are very friendly. As his truck is getting loaded I had to use the restroom. Very nice people. We shared some laughs. I hope this company will be on my future pickups. I read the history of Sester Farms. It makes total sense why everyone is so pleasent.

Wonderful as always!! I love picking up here. They are very efficient and friendly. My trailer is preloaded every time. Ontime. I drop and hook, go scale onsite, never loaded wrong, go check put at the office and I'm done! The folks in the office always offer a drink because they know the walk up the driveway can be a long one for us older drivers. Lol 😆

5 stars on customer service at the main office. At the loading dock I got a little disappointed because they took two breaks during the loading which took approximately 5 hours to load. They have loading dock at different address, scale at different and main office at different. There is a road side parking for main office.
